The Stellenbosch-Boland-Greater Western and Northern Cape area offers some exciting opportunities to experience fine geology, geochemistry, and importantly, vine terroir. The dates earmarked for field trips and workshops include the weekend of 26 – 28 June, and 2 – 5 July.
